Our team

Stephen and Karen met at a business event and through their conversations, they worked out that they had a joint vision - to help organisations be more effective and to succeed.

Their varied backgrounds and experiences brought about natural synergies which played to both their strengths - from business strategy experience and a strong legal history & discipline; to a deep understanding of the investment management industry, as well as an expertise in organisational psychology.

These are vital to any business - focusing on core good governance but also the human aspects, psychology and dynamics of the board - an often overlooked, yet high risk area.

Their edge through board evaluations is to encourage good governance and also to elevate those organisations to perform better with greater impact and ability to flourish.

Together they bring a clear offering to help boards set a higher standard so their organisations can be at their very best.
