Stephen Kimbell - DIRECTOR
Stephen Kimbell is a specialist in business strategy and deal doing. He is an investor, an entrepreneur and an experienced non-executive director. He trained and worked for a number of years with the major city law firm Slaughter & May before moving to Chicago to work with a multinational pharmaceutical company doing their mergers and acquisitions work. Returning to the UK he set up Kimbells LLP, a specialist corporate law firm.
Apart from his consultancy work, Stephen is a visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management where he teaches on the MBA course. Stephen has also held directorships and consultancy posts in a number of companies.
During his many years in the corporate finance world, as a lawyer, a company director and as an academic, Stephen has helped numerous companies achieve success.

Karen is a highly experienced executive and business psychology coach.
Karen spent nearly 20 years at a senior level in the fund management industry before deciding to move her focus to getting the best out of people.
Karen combines practical and very real experience, skill and knowledge together with psychology based insights to help businesses, boards, teams and individuals rediscover and reinvigorate themselves professionally. She has worked as a co-founder to businesses, an advisor to CEOs as well as been an interim COO for a start-up.
Karen is also a trustee for the Shackleton Foundation.

Mark Cardale writes and lectures extensively on corporate and charity governance and related topics.
Mark is an External Examiner for the MSc in Corporate Governance at London South Bank University and a reviewer of materials for qualification examinations in corporate governance and company law set by ICSA: the Governance Institute.
He has been a charity trustee for a number of years.
